Many Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona individual plans include doctor office visits, urgent care, hospital benefits, prescription medications, routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and well-child care with routine immunizations. Arizona Short Term Health Insurance
The reality is that ACA compliant health insurance plans are very expensive, no matter the health insurance company. A viable alternative for many are Arizona short term health insurance policies, with coverage periods between one month and three years. Please visit the short term banner links to the right. Short term policies are half the cost of an ACA plan, offer excellent coverage, but are not for those with pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, cancer, etc. Two of the main reasons why they are considerably less expensive is that they do not cover maternity or pre-existing conditions within the last 5 years.
