Now is the time for the Republican leadership to renew their vow to repeal the new health insurance law. Replacing the medical insurance mandate with something more effective should be put on the back burner until the new health insurance law is repealed, or at a minimum not funded.
This past Tuesday West Virginia booted their incumbent because he voted for Obamacare, and it looks like this will be the case throughout the country, sending those that supported the health insurance mandate packing. It is obvious that opposing the health insurance mandate law is a winning strategy for Republicans, but they should be talking about repeal much more. A simple, single sentence, should be created and repeated often by Republicans, showing the citizens that they are serious about changing the health insurance law now. Bringing up the push for repeal now will force Democrats to either climb on board or not, those opposing the push for health insurance repeal will make it that much easier to take their seat. Having a campaign now pushing for mandated medical insurance repeal would also lift the spirits of those opposed to ObamaCare, upping the chances of Republicans being elected.
Republicans need to get on the same page, have the same message, and push for the health insurance mandate to be repealed now. Doing so will fill many seats with Republicans.
