Indiana is one of the few states that is not in financial ruin.
And then came Obamacare. 50,000 low income citizens will lose the state run HSA plans because of this new law. At a cost of $4 billion dollars over the next 10 years, Indiana will need to raise taxes to help pay for 25% of citizens on Medicaid once Obamacare kicks in.
Small employers will have to lay off employees to handle the new taxes and fines imposed by the new law.
Everything about Obamacare is ripe for over-utilization and overspending.
