I was glad that you answered the phone. I know I made a good choice choosing you as my broker and applying with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. The more I think about it, the more I want to be with a company that has widespread recognition and is everywhere. So thanks again for everything!

Seniors Be Wary

For some reason seniors are skeptical that the new health insurance,, law will adversely affect their Medicare coverage, even though the prescription benefit will increase over the years. It seems that the planned $575 billion dollar spending cut for Medicare to help pay for health insurance for younger people upsets seniors. To be looked in the eye and be told that nothing will change, that their health insurance benefits will remain the same seems tough to swallow for them.

The $575 billion dollars is waste and fraud the administration says, yet reasonable folk suspect that if this were so the system would have already done away with it if it were that easy. The administration isn’t pumping the money back into the broke Medicare program either, they will squander it on paid health insurance for all the poor people making less than $88,000 a year.

For those with Medicare Advantage plans your enrollment will be cut in half because of all the doctors leaving the insurance program. Your health benefits will be cut dramatically as well by the insurance companies that work on very small margins to begin with. They collect about $800 a head to insure you each month and hope that your claims are less than that. When a simple DNA blood test cost $7000 these days it not tough to pay claims over the $9600 collected in government payments.

Every segment of society will be affected by ObamaCare in a negative way, at a minimum higher taxes and less benefits for health insurance.
